ModernRugs Design Studio created custom rugs for The Vermeer, a luxury residential community in Washington, D.C.’s Capitol Riverfront. Each rug was designed to complement the building’s modern interiors and high-end finishes while providing comfort and durability.
In the lounge and great room, our rugs define seating areas and add texture under plush furniture and statement lighting. In coworking spaces, they create distinct work zones within the open layout. In corridors and entryways, they soften hard surfaces and guide residents through the building.
